There are currently 13 Provincial Chambers around the country affiliated to the PNG Chamber of Commerce:

Each Chamber has an executive committee (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer) who meet on a regular basis to discuss issues affecting business in the area.

Each Provincial Chamber charges its members an annual membership fee, usually based on the size of the business or company. Membership is usually in the name of a company but it is possible for individuals to join.

To join your nearest Chamber of Commerce contact a member of the Executive Committee for a membership application form. When you return it with your membership fee, the application will be considered and as long as your firm are known to be reliable in business, the application will be approved.

The more members and the more participation from private enterprises, the stronger your Chamber’s voice will be.
